Scarlet Girls: Crafting Your Ultimate 2D Squad - Beginner's Guide

Author : Audrey May 05,2025

Immerse yourself in the thrilling world of *Scarlet Girls*, a brand-new Idle RPG set in the 119th year of the Old Euro Calendar. In this game, you lead an all-girl squad of technologically enhanced mecha waifus known as "Stellaris" to combat the catastromechs—powerful mutated beings that have pushed humanity to the brink of extinction. Your mission is to recruit and train these mecha girls to restore peace on Earth. This beginner's guide will walk you through the core game mechanics and game modes, enhancing your account power and progression. Let's dive in!

Understanding the Combat Mechanics of Scarlet Girls

*Scarlet Girls* offers an engaging idle-based experience, perfect for players who prefer a more casual approach to combat. The game features a turn-based system where actions are determined by the Speed stat of characters. Each round concludes once all allies and enemies have taken their turns. You can deploy up to five characters in battle, and the game's Quick Dispatch feature allows you to automatically arrange your formations based on the strongest characters available. Once set, you can sit back and enjoy the stunning animations accompanying each Stellaris's special abilities.

Your Stellaris characters come equipped with both active and passive abilities that automatically engage during combat, each with its own cooldown period. Crafting a synergistic squad of mecha girls is key to overcoming your foes. The combat unfolds in real-time, with no player interference during battles, emphasizing the importance of strategic character deployment and lineup creation to maximize their strengths.

Scarlet Girls Beginner's Guide – Build your Ultimate Squad of Dynamic 2D Girls

Each Stellaris is categorized into one of four core classes, each with unique roles and utilities:

  • Paladins – Boast the highest armor stats, designed to draw enemy fire and shield their teammates.
  • Support – Specialize in healing and support abilities, providing crucial aid from the backline.
  • Devastator – Masters of heavy firepower, these Stellaris excel at dealing massive energy damage to enemies.
  • Assaulter – Skilled with bladed weapons, they focus on delivering devastating physical damage.

Echo – The Gacha System of Scarlet Girls

Recruiting Stellaris is achieved through the game's gacha system, known as "Echo." Stellaris come in various rarities—R, SR, SSR, and SSR+—with higher rarities offering superior base stats and stronger abilities that can significantly impact gameplay. At the global launch, the "Normal Echo" banner is available, allowing players to summon R to SSR Stellaris using Echo tickets or Diamonds. An SSR character is guaranteed within 40 summons, and each summon earns you 20 echo points. Accumulate 2000 points to select a random SSR character from one of the four elemental banners, excluding Nebula.

The recruitment probabilities for different rarities are as follows:

  • R Stellaris – 19.979% chance per individual R character
  • SR Stellaris – 2.667% chance per individual SR character
  • SSR Stellaris – 0.133% chance per individual SSR character
  • SSR+ Stellaris – 0.010% chance per individual SSR+ character

To enhance your *Scarlet Girls* experience, consider playing on a larger screen using BlueStacks on your PC or laptop, complete with keyboard and mouse support for a more immersive gameplay session.
