Blue Archive Unveils Exciting Update: New Story, Units, and Game Mode Added!

If you're a fan of RPGs that blend action and strategy, you'll be thrilled to know that Nexon has just released a major update for Blue Archive titled "Rowdy and Cheery." This update is packed with exciting new content that's sure to keep you engaged for hours.

Who Is The Rowdy And Cheery In Blue Archive?

The "Rowdy and Cheery" update introduces a new story arc centered around a chaotic field trip between Gehenna Academy and the Allied Hyakkiyako Academy. You'll follow the adventures of Gehenna students as they navigate their way to Hyakkiyako, while the Festival Operations Department works tirelessly to keep everything in order. The 10-episode story is filled with wild moments, but don't worry—it all ends well. By completing the chapters, you can earn rewards like Pyroxenes and Credit Points.

Alongside the new story, Blue Archive introduces two new characters: Tsubaki (Guide) from the Allied Hyakkiyako Academy and Umika from the Festival Operations Department. Tsubaki serves as a tour guide during the field trip, while Umika, a Mystic-type Striker, wields a Fireworks Launcher that delivers heavy damage to a single enemy. Check out these characters in action in the trailer below!

There’s Also A New Game Mode!

The "Rowdy and Cheery" update also introduces a new game mode called "Final Restriction Release." This mode challenges you to take down tough bosses using up to 6 Strikers and 4 Special students per unit. Available until October 21st, this mode offers valuable rewards like Credit Points, Enhancement Stones, and Workbooks, which are essential for the new Talent Unlock growth system.

So, it's time to dive back into Kivotos and explore the new adventures that await you! Download Blue Archive from the Google Play Store and immerse yourself in the "Rowdy and Cheery" update.
