What Is Clair Obscur: Expedition 33?
Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 is a turn-based RPG developed by the French studio Sandfall Interactive. It incorporates real-time elements during battles and is set in a dark fantasy world. Once a year, a powerful being called the Paintress awakens and paints a number on her monolith, causing everyone of that age to vanish. As the game begins, the Paintress is about to awaken and paint the number 33. You play as Expedition 33, a group of 33-year-olds determined to kill the Paintress.
The combat system is a standout feature of the game. While turn-based, it allows for actions such as dodging, parrying, and countering attacks.
