Disney Dreamlight Valley: Complete Aladdin Quest Guide and Rewards

Here's a detailed guide on Aladdin's Friendship Quests and the rewards you can earn as you progress through his Friendship Path.

Aladdin's Friendship Quests in Disney Dreamlight Valley

Upon Aladdin's arrival in Dreamlight Valley, your first task is to bond with him by taking a selfie with the Magic Carpet. To do this, equip Carpet as a Companion from the wardrobe menu and snap a photo to complete the "Carpet Diem" quest, which begins in the Agrabah realm.

Good As Gold (Level 2 Friendship)

To unlock Aladdin's Level 2 quest, "Good As Gold," increase your friendship level by giving him his favorite gifts. Aladdin enlists you to help his friend Scrooge McDuck test a new security system. Start by talking to Scrooge and then take photos inside his shop. You'll need to capture:

• A door guarding more treasure than the Cave of Wonders.
• Two ways to reach the second floor of the shop.
• Three ways to make quick escapes from the guards.

Take photos of the vault door behind the desk and both staircases. Aim for broad shots to cover all requirements efficiently. After photographing, discuss the next steps with Aladdin. He suggests wearing dark, sporty clothing, and optionally waiting until nightfall (6 p.m. to 6 a.m.) to proceed.

Once dressed, enter the shop and activate Scrooge's security system test by pressing the red button on the wall to the left of the counter. The shop transforms into its "closed" state, filled with pools of light and buttons that control them. Navigate through the store, avoiding detection by manipulating the lights:

• Start with the center button Aladdin indicates, then move to the back right wall to turn off two upstairs lights.
• Press the button above the right staircase to shift the spotlight away from the button above the left staircase.
• Activate the button above the left staircase to deactivate the light not over the first center button, then press the center button again to turn off the light at the bottom of the right staircase.

Downstairs, adjust the spotlight at the front door by pressing the button on the right side of the counter. Then, use the button on the left display counter to turn off the light over the initial security test button. After navigating successfully, speak to Aladdin in front of the vault.

Your next task is to take a photo with Aladdin and the gold, then listen to him and Scrooge discuss the mission. Conclude by talking to Aladdin to complete the "Good As Gold" quest.

Bring Your Own Carpet (Level 4 Friendship)

At Friendship Level 4, Aladdin wants to create a Dreamlight Magic Carpet. Start by speaking with Merlin, who directs you to the Dreamlight Library to find three books on Fabric Enchantment, Carpet Weaving, and Flying Technique. Locate them on the floor next to the book pile in the back left corner, on the shelf against the back right wall, and to the left of the desk in the center of the room.

After obtaining the books, deliver them to Aladdin. He'll then ask you to gather supplies from Minnie to craft the Dreamlight Magic Carpet:

• 4 Dream Shards
• 4 Blue Hydrangeas (Dazzle Beach)
• 4 Purple Bell Flowers (Forest of Valor)
• 25 Fiber (Kristoff’s Stall, Crafting)

Bring the supplies to Aladdin and Jasmine's house. After Aladdin crafts the carpet, accept the Magic Scroll from him and interact with the carpet on the floor to make it fly. Talk to Aladdin again to receive the carpet, then follow him to the entrance of the Disney castle.

Aladdin has planned a tour around the Valley using the new magic carpet. He provides snacks to maintain your energy, as the Dreamlight Magic Carpet functions as a Glider skin, requiring an overfilled energy bar (yellow) to use. Equip the carpet from the wardrobe menu and start the tour by gliding under the banner in the Plaza’s main square, then navigate through the Forest of Valor, Dazzle Beach, Peaceful Meadow, and back to Dazzle Beach, ending at the pier. Keep the quest tracked to stay on course.

Note that despite the flying appearance, the Dreamlight Magic Carpet operates like other Gliders, meaning ground obstacles will impede your progress.

After reaching the end of the pier, talk to Aladdin to complete the "Bring Your Own Carpet" quest.

All That Glitters (Level 7 Friendship)

At Friendship Level 7, Aladdin's "All That Glitters" quest begins with him crafting a bouquet for Jasmine, aiming to surpass the beauty of the palace gardens in Agrabah. Collect 4 yellow and 6 purple flowers, then bring them to Aladdin. Listen to his conversation with Jasmine, who appreciates the bouquet but compares it to the palace gardens.

Aladdin then seeks a special gift for Jasmine, recalling a scroll from Scrooge McDuck. The scroll leads you to "the mermaid’s isle." Travel to Skull Island, then to the upper right side of the peninsula to find the Golden Sun Piece. Insert it into the tall rock to the left of your entry point, triggering an image of a broken-down pillar.

Move north from the rock to dig up a box in the sand, fish up a piece of the pillar near the raft, and open a barrel near the Golden Sun Piece. Add the pieces to the Pillar, but nothing happens. Discuss with Aladdin and consult Maui, Ariel, and Rapunzel, who have no insights.

Return to Ariel’s island to find Jasmine, who suggests the pieces of the Pillar need to be rotated based on clues. Interact with the Golden Sun Piece for the clue, "From the tiniest seed, water creates blooms as tall as golden towers." Adjust the Pillar pieces to show water, a seed, and a flower in that order.
