Developer weltenbauer Software Entwicklung, renowned for their Construction Simulator series, and publisher astragon have unveiled their latest project, Firefighting Simulator: Ignite. This upcoming simulation game harnesses the power of Unreal Engine 5 to immerse players in the high-stakes world of firefighting. Scheduled for release in Fall 2025, the game will be available on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S. In Firefighting Simulator: Ignite, you'll step into the boots of a firefighter, tasked with rescuing trapped citizens, tackling electrical blazes, managing flammable liquids, and confronting challenges like grease fires, backdrafts, flashovers, and explosions. The game also supports four-player co-op, allowing you to team up with friends for a more collaborative experience.

The game promises to deliver a realistic portrayal of fire, smoke, and heat physics, enhancing the authenticity of the firefighting experience. To further elevate immersion, Firefighting Simulator: Ignite features officially licensed firefighting equipment and tools from industry-leading brands such as HAIX, Fire-Dex, and STIHL. Players can expect to use a range of tools including fire hoses, saws, Halligan tools, axes, and extinguishers, alongside personal protective equipment. Additionally, the game includes authentic fire trucks from Rosenbauer America, including models like the TP3 Pumper, Viper, 68' Roadrunner, and the brand-new RTX.
