Navigating the Trail
The initial Winterfest tasks are straightforward. Interact with SGT. Winter and Noir in Seaport City. However, Noir presents a more challenging case: following a trail. This trail leads to a mountain south of Brutal Boxcars, near Mariah Carey's location. Three key items must be found and interacted with along the way.
Here's the breakdown:
Dog Statue
This statue, reminiscent of Snoop Dogg's Chapter 2 Remix mansion decor, sits atop a hill at the end of a wooden fence.
Microphone Stand
Located at the mountain's base, near a metal fence along the road, this stand subtly glows upon approach.
Turntable
This item is easily spotted near a kiosk, just down the road from the microphone stand.

Questioning the Unknown Traveler
