Conquer Fortnite Ballistic with this Optimized Loadout!

Fortnite's new first-person squad-vs-squad mode, Ballistic, offers a thrilling but complex experience. To help you dominate, The Escapist presents the ultimate loadout strategy.

Ballistic starts with limited credits, but you'll earn more with each round. Use this currency wisely to upgrade your loadout, purchasing weapons, Flex Gadgets, and consumables. Here’s your essential starting kit:

  • Impulse Grenade Kit: Crucial for rapid map traversal. In this Search & Destroy-style mode, speed is vital for both offensive pushes and defensive bomb site protection.

  • Striker AR (2,500 credits): The meta weapon. While its recoil demands practice, the Striker AR delivers high damage and close-quarters combat effectiveness.

  • Alternative: Enforcer AR (2,000 credits): For long-range engagements and bomb site defense, the Enforcer AR offers significant damage output at a distance.

  • Flashbang x2 (400 credits): Inarguably the most effective flashbang in FPS history. Stun enemies, creating critical openings for elimination.

  • Instant Shield x2 (1,000 credits): A life-saver in intense firefights. Don't underestimate the importance of quick shields in close encounters.

This loadout provides the best balance of mobility, firepower, and survivability in Fortnite Ballistic. For additional tips to enhance your gameplay, check out our guide on enabling and using Simple Edit in Battle Royale.

Fortnite is available on multiple platforms, including Meta Quest 2 and 3.
