Author : Michael Apr 05,2025

Get ready for an exciting Pokémon Go Community Day featuring Karrablast and Shelmet, taking center stage on Sunday, February 9th, from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm local time. During this event, both Pokémon will appear more frequently in the wild, giving you a golden opportunity to encounter their elusive Shiny forms. Alongside the increased spawns, you can enjoy the usual Community Day bonuses and dive into additional research tasks.

By catching enough Karrablast and Shelmet during the event, you'll be able to evolve them into Escavalier and Accelgor, respectively, with exclusive charged attacks. Escavalier will gain the powerful Razor Shell (35 power in Trainer Battles, 55 in gyms and raids), while Accelgor will learn Energy Ball (90 power across all battles), adding a thrilling twist to your battles.

For $2 or its local equivalent, you can purchase a Community Day Special Research ticket, which comes packed with exclusive rewards. This ticket includes encounters with Karrablast and Shelmet against a unique Dual Destiny-themed Special Background, along with additional encounters, a Premium Battle Pass, and Rare Candy XL.
