Lunar New Year: January 29 – February 2
Ring in the Year of the Snake with increased spawn rates for snake-themed Pokémon like Ekans (Shiny available!), Onix (Shiny available!), Snivy (Shiny available!), Darumaka (Shiny available!), Dunsparce (Shiny available!), Gyarados (Shiny available!), and Dratini (Shiny available!). Enjoy boosted Lucky Pokémon trade chances, easier Lucky Friend attainment, and daily Field Research tasks rewarding PokéCoins. 2KM Eggs will hatch Makuhita (Shiny possible!), Nosepass (Shiny possible!), Meditite (Shiny possible!), Duskull (Shiny possible!), and Skorupi (Shiny possible!).
Legendary Flight Dynamax Moltres: February 3 – 9
Dynamax Moltres makes its debut! Available as a Max Monday boss at all Power Spots on February 3rd (6 PM – 7 PM local time), and continues as a raid boss (though at fewer locations) until February 9th, alongside Squirtle, Krabby, and Sobble raids (until February 10th).
Karrablast & Shelmet Community Day: February 9
A dual Community Day! From 2 PM to 5 PM local time, enjoy increased Karrablast and Shelmet spawns, boosted evolution bonuses, and heightened Shiny encounter rates. Evolve your catches by February 16th, 10 PM local time, to get an Escavalier with Razor Shell or an Accelgor with Energy Ball. A paid Timed Research option is available.
