While all classes can tame pets, Beast Tamer Archers have access to the most powerful options. For the strongest companions, Archer Beast Tamer is the way to go (currently a top subclass). Therefore, we'll provide two tier lists: one for Beast Tamers and one for all other classes.
Rune Slayer Non-Beast Tamer Pet Tier List
All classes can tame these pets, but many aren't very useful. You'll likely want one of the top-tier options.
S-Tier
