Saros, a Returnal Spiritual Successor, is Coming 2026 Housemarque's Saros, revealed during the February 2025 State of Play presentation, is slated for release on PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 5 Pro in 2026. Building upon the exhilarating gameplay of their acclaimed title, Returnal, Saros introduces a new narrative centered around Arjun Devraj, portrayed by actor Rahul Kohli.

Evolving the Returnal Formula

Saros, a Returnal Spiritual Successor, is Coming 2026 According to Housemarque's creative director, Gregoy Louden, Saros was conceived to allow Returnal to stand alone as a distinct IP. Saros will refine and expand upon Returnal's narrative and mechanics. Unlike Returnal's ever-shifting roguelike environments, Saros will feature persistent and progressively customizable loadouts, encompassing weapons and suits, enabling players to "Come Back Stronger" and overcome challenges.
