The Sims 4 Blast from the Past event has players searching for hidden items, but one task – locating the Special Time Capsule – is proving particularly tricky. This guide shows you exactly where to find it before the event ends.
Finding the Special Time Capsule in The Sims 4
The Blast from the Past event begins with a quest to gather information about a mysterious visitor, Emit. This involves watching TV, checking social media, and interacting with other Sims. The challenge arises when you're tasked with finding the Special Time Capsule.
Clues are scarce, mentioning rocks in parks. Having spoken to Emit at the Willow Creek park, start your search there. Examine rocks; one will contain what looks like diamonds. Interact with it to unearth the Special Time Capsule. Note: you might need to check several rocks.
What's Inside the Special Time Capsule?
Opening the Special Time Capsule reveals an IOU note – a somewhat underwhelming reward for the effort involved. Read the note and return to Emit to unlock further quests within the event.
