My Time at Sandrock offers a fulfilling experience, including the possibility of finding love and building a life with a partner. To take that next step, you'll need to upgrade your home, increase your relationship score, and acquire a double bed. Finding the right bed can be tricky, so let's explore your options.

Where to Buy a Yakboy Double Bed in My Time at Sandrock

The most accessible double bed is the Yakboy Double Bed, available at "By The Stairs," a shop located on the lower level of town, between the Commerce Guild and the Civil Corpse building. Owned by Arvio, it costs 6,250 Gols, though discounts may be available. Purchasing this bed is a crucial step towards marriage in the game.

This 3x5 bed is for indoor use only. Note that you'll need a second Yakboy Double Bed to complete the "The President and His Wife" side mission. Due to its cost, saving up is essential.

Customizing Your Yakboy Double Bed

While the basic Yakboy Double Bed may seem simple, you can enhance its appearance. Dye it using a single pigment to change its color. Alternatively, transform it into a more elaborate Starry Double Bed using the following materials:

  • Starry Night Double Bed Headboard: 3 Hardwood Planks
  • Starry Night Double Bed Mattress and Cover: 4 Wool
  • Mom's Quilts: 4 Wool Cloth, 6 Feathers, 3 Thin Threads
  • Starry Night Footboard: 3 Hardwood Planks, 3 Tanned Leather

Alternative Double Beds in My Time at Sandrock

Another double bed option, the Elegant Large Bed (4x5), is available through paid DLC. The Far East Furniture Pack ($3.99 USD) includes this bed and nine other matching furniture items. It's delivered to your in-game mailbox upon purchase and installation. Unlike the Yakboy bed, the Elegant Large Bed cannot be customized.
