Author : Andrew Oct 17,2025

Tower of God: New World is expanding its roster with two powerful new additions. The latest update introduces SSR+ Xia Xia alongside XSR+ Zahard, marking a new tier distinction for elite characters.

New Elite Characters Arrive

Netmarble's popular mobile RPG, based on the acclaimed Tower of God webtoon, welcomes these fresh faces alongside an innovative Pioneer's Remnant System designed for veteran players.

SSR+ Xia Xia is revealed as a Red Element support character with Light Bearer capabilities, specializing in team-wide healing and area-of-effect buffs. Joining her is Zahard, the game's first-ever XSR+ rated character, a formidable Green Element warrior with Fisherman attributes.

Understanding XSR+ Classification

The newly introduced XSR+ tier represents special alternate versions of existing SSR+ characters. These variations may share core abilities with their counterparts but feature unique Revolution skills that significantly differentiate their combat effectiveness.
