Our specially developed app guides you through a step-by-step process to select the correct Wi-Fi network and enter the necessary password. Once completed, your Remote VCI will automatically connect to your network, allowing you to get back to work quickly.
Before you start, ensure you have the correct login details for your Wi-Fi network readily available.
Should you encounter any issues during the connection process, the "Need Help" section within the app offers comprehensive support and troubleshooting tips.
For scenarios requiring an exceptionally stable connection, such as complete software flashing of control units, we recommend using a LAN cable for a more reliable internet connection instead of Wi-Fi.
