Instantly check and top up the balance on your Moscow Troika card. Simple and easy.
The Moscow Troika card is a universal fare card accepted on all public transport and some city services (like the Zoo and bike-sharing).
With this app, you can instantly check your Troika card balance and purchase tickets online, writing them directly to your card using an NFC-enabled compatible device.
The most-requested app for Moscow public transport passengers!
ATTENTION! PLEASE READ!
Due to hardware differences, not every smartphone with NFC can read the specific contactless chips used in Troika cards.
Electronic tickets are stored in the Troika card's memory. Therefore, you need an NFC-enabled and compatible smartphone to write tickets to your card.
The 'Electronic Purse' is a ticket type that lets you choose the amount of money to load onto the card.
The app supports over 90 ticket types (all existing ones), including MCD (Moscow Central Diameters), MCR (Moscow Central Ring), and tickets for social cards (including student cards).
Enter your payment card details in the app to authorize a transaction—your data is secure as it is never stored by us.
Remember to hold your Troika card against your device's NFC antenna (check your device's manual for its exact location).
Funds are only charged from your payment card after a new ticket is successfully written to your Troika card.
