Kachuful (Judgement) is now available for online multiplayer family and friend fun! Originating in India, Kachuful is a trick-taking card game, a variation of Oh Hell, also known as Judgement or Forecasting in some regions. The game offers several variations. Unsure about scoring (adding 10 to hands or multiplying by 10)? Or about the rule restricting the last player's guess? No problem! Our in-game settings let you customize scoring and enable/disable the last player restriction.
Create a new room, share the room code with your friends, and invite them to join. You can review and adjust the settings while they're connecting. Begin the game once everyone is present. Each round increases the number of cards dealt: 1 card in round 1, 2 in round 2, and so on, up to 8 cards in round 8. The trump suit changes each round, cycling through Spades, Diamonds, Clubs, and Hearts.
At the start of each round, every player estimates the number of hands they'll win. A key rule: the last player to estimate cannot choose from the remaining unclaimed cards in that round, guaranteeing at least one player will lose. The game administrator can disable this rule in the settings.
Gameplay involves each player playing one card. The first player's card dictates the suit others must follow. If a player lacks that suit, they can use a trump card to win the hand or play any other card.
Players earn points only if they win the exact number of hands they predicted at the beginning of the round. A player estimating 3 hands and winning exactly 3 receives either 13 or 30 points, depending on the room administrator's settings. The player with the highest score after 8 rounds wins the game.
