Oceanhorn: Chronos Dungeon Sequel Revealed

FDG Entertainment and Cornfox & Bros. have unveiled Oceanhorn: Chronos Dungeon, a new installment set 200 years after Oceanhorn 2: Knights of the Lost Realm. Breaking from tradition, this dungeon crawler with retro aesthetics will launch on Android, iOS, and PC via Steam in Q2 2025.

The Premise of Oceanhorn: Chronos Dungeon

The adventure shifts from oceanic exploration to an underground labyrinth's perilous depths. Players will experience a classic dungeon crawler with nostalgic pixel-art visuals.

Gaia's world lies in ruins - the once-mighty Arcadian kingdom has fractured into scattered islands, and the fabled White City exists only in legends.

Four determined heroes refuse to accept this fate. Their quest leads them to the mysterious Chronos Dungeon, said to contain the Paradigm Hourglass - an artifact capable of rewriting history itself. Their success could restore the world's former glory.

Game Highlights

Oceanhorn: Chronos Dungeon delivers classic dungeon crawling with 16-bit arcade charm. Designed for couch co-op, it supports up to four players simultaneously. Solo adventurers can control all heroes or switch between them as needed.

Each playthrough offers unique challenges thanks to zodiac-based character stat variations. Players can choose between four distinct classes: Knight, Huntress, Grandmaster, and Mage.

The game features authentic 16-bit pixel art graphics and a chiptune-inspired soundtrack, complemented by traditional arcade mechanics. The Steam page is currently available for those seeking additional details about this upcoming title.
