Play Together announces its upcoming Minime update
Players can now nurture their own virtual companions through this unique feature, interacting with Minimes and developing their attributes. These tiny characters will eventually enter the workforce, unlocking special event rewards and currency.
Haegin's social gaming platform Play Together is preparing to launch one of its most unusual yet fascinating updates to date. The Minime system finally lets players experience virtual parenthood within the Play Together universe.
Welcome to Digital Parenting
While not a full-fledged childcare simulator, the Minime update allows players to adopt a tiny companion from the Minime Care Center. Each Minime comes with randomized stats and characteristics that you'll nurture through various activities. Your caregiving choices directly influence your Minime's development.
As your Minime grows, their future career path will reflect the skills you've prioritized. Once they reach maturity, they'll embark on their professional journey, with their employment history recorded in the new Minime Album's Job Encyclopedia.
Digital Parenting Features
This unconventional childcare system introduces fresh gameplay elements to Play Together. Players can track their Minime's progress through new missions and the Growth Journal, which provides rewards based on developmental milestones.
The update also includes the Doctor Bebe's Drop Machine minigame. Newcomers can learn the ropes from Mimi at the Kaia Island Plaza Care Center. Completing Minime-related missions earns Teddy Coins, the new event currency used in the Drop Machine game.
