This quest requires the player to equip a "Simple" hairstyle to receive a new hairstyle and Diamonds.

Locate the NPC: Navigate to the location marked with a blue exclamation point on the map. Teleporting is recommended.

Meet Rosalie: Find Rosalie at the designated location.

Rosalie's Location

Equip a Simple Hairstyle: Interact with Rosalie. She requests a hairstyle from the "Simple" category. Open your wardrobe (press C), and select a hairstyle from the "Simple" category.
