The application displays the following:

- Certificate of No Outstanding Tax Debts
- Personal Income Tax (IRPF) refund status
- Income tax declarations*
- Ongoing processes*
- Economic activities – CAEPF
- Appointments - SAGA*
- eSocial – domestic employees*
- My companies (including MEI micro-entrepreneurs*)
- My imports (Import Declarations and Bills of Lading)
- Tax refund requests via PERDCOMP
- Service invoices
- Medical Expense Receipts (Health Recipe)
You can also search: CNPJ registration, MEI status, CNAE and NCM codes, RFB Unit locations, Legal regulations, Sicalc calculator, import simulation, and many other services.
Searches (for CPF, CNPJ, IRPF Refund, Process, DI, Bill of Lading, PERDCOMP...) differ based on your access level:
1) For unauthenticated users (without a gov.br account):
You will view basic data only, cannot save favorites, and must complete a captcha for each query.
2) For authenticated users (with a gov.br account):
Captcha is not required, and you can favorite searched numbers for quick future access. Soon, you will also receive alerts for updates.
2a) When consulting third-party data: you can access basic information.
2b) When consulting your own data ("My data"): you gain full access to your detailed information.
