Shadow Ninja: A Side-Scrolling Action Game
Shadow Ninja is a side-scrolling action game with a dark art style. Players assume the role of Shimazu, a samurai whose son has been kidnapped and wife murdered by the evil demon Takeda, aided by another demon, Fudo. Takeda was sealed away by Shimazu ten years prior, and now Shimazu must seek revenge and rescue his son. The game demands strategic thinking, memorization, and a sharp focus on avoiding traps.
Skills:
Samurai skills can be upgraded using coins and diamonds collected during gameplay.
- Dash: A close-combat technique capable of eliminating a target in a single strike, but ineffective at long range.
- Disappearing: Allows for stealth attacks, rendering Shimazu invisible to enemies.
- Throw Shuriken: Requires multiple throws to eliminate a target, but effective for long-range attacks.
- Checkpoints: Fixed checkpoints are available, with the ability to place a new checkpoint at the player's current location after progressing through several levels.
