Application Description

The "Traffic Fines with Photos" application is an essential tool for managing and paying traffic fines efficiently. It provides comprehensive access to traffic police fines across the Russian Federation, sourced directly from government databases, and presents them with detailed information, including photos of the violations. Users can quickly settle their fines using any bank card, with over 500,000 fines checked and paid daily through the app. Additionally, the app facilitates the online purchase of compulsory motor liability insurance (OSAGO) through its partner, bip.ru.

Key Features of the Application:

◾️ Official Government Data Source: The app leverages the State Information System GIS GMP (https://roskazna.gov.ru/gis), accessed through an agreement with MONETA.RU Bank (LLC), licensed by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation (License No. 3508-K dated July 2, 2012).

◾️ Detailed Fines Information: Users can view traffic fines complete with photos, violation locations on a map, violation dates, relevant articles from the Code of Administrative Offenses, and resolution numbers.

◾️ OSAGO Online Service via bip.ru: The app collaborates with bip.ru to offer an online OSAGO comparison service, displaying prices from 20 leading insurance companies and applying the CBM discount. Users need only provide the vehicle number and registration city to compare and select the best policy.

◾️ Comprehensive Fine Search: The app allows for free online checks of traffic fines across all Russian regions. Fines can be searched by last name, driver's license, and vehicle registration certificate (STS), or simply by the vehicle's registration number. It's particularly useful for managing fines for multiple vehicles or commercial and government fleets, including TsAFAP and CDD fines for city parking.

◾️ Timely Fine Notifications: The app sends notifications for new fines, parking fines, and payment deadlines, including reminders about the 50% discount period and when fines are transferred to the Federal Bailiff Service (FSSP). Users can customize the timing and frequency of these notifications.

◾️ Free Fine Dispute Service: Users can generate a complaint form within the app to appeal fines directly to the traffic police.

◾️ Fines History: The app stores and displays all paid and unpaid fines with photos for the last two years, allowing users to add and monitor multiple vehicles.

◾️ Secure Fine Payment: Fines can be paid instantly through certified payment gateways using any bank card, QR code, barcode, or the SBP system. Users have the flexibility to pay individual fines or settle all fines at once.

◾️ Payment Guarantee: Upon payment, the app ensures that the information is immediately updated in the GIS GMP (Federal Treasury), guaranteeing the fine's clearance. A receipt with a bank stamp is emailed to the user, and all paid fines with receipts remain accessible within the app.

◾️ Responsive Support: The app offers quick assistance via chat or email at [email protected].

Important Note: The "Traffic Fines with Photos" app is not affiliated with any government agency and is not an official app of the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.
