Exciting new features have been added to RCM in version 3.0.33! Users can now accept cases directly from their mobile devices. Accept or decline cases from the NEW CASES section on the home page. With the ability to long press for multi-selecting cases, you can efficiently manage your workload. Additionally, you can search or filter cases by client, case type, dates, or accepted before status, with all activities meticulously logged in the case History.
