Program Overview: This loyalty program is meticulously crafted to enhance customer experience by rewarding purchases with bonus points (Bonuses), offering exclusive discounts, and providing tailored special offers that cater to the interests of our valued members.
Rules: These rules serve as the guiding principles for all participants in our loyalty program.
Participant: Eligible participants include adults and minors aged 14 and above, who are legally permitted to engage in minor household transactions. Participants must be individuals registered in the Program according to these rules and possess an individual identification number as per the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Participant Questionnaire (Questionnaire): Prospective participants must provide personal information during registration, as outlined in the rules. By completing the Questionnaire, participants voluntarily consent to the processing of their personal data under the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V dated May 21, 2013, "On personal data and their protection". This includes various communication methods such as email, instant messaging, SMS, telephone, and postal services, and the use of automated data processing tools to create databases. This consent remains valid until withdrawn in writing by the participant.
Virtual Card: An electronic card accessible through the Royal Petrol Mobile Application, which does not require a physical medium.
