Getting started is as easy as following these four simple steps:
- Register in the mobile application to create your account.
- Add a credit card (Visa or MasterCard) and top up your account with the amount of your choice.
- Select the nearest charging station and the appropriate connector on the in-app map.
- Connect your EV and tap the "Start charging" button to begin.
To enhance your search experience, utilize the app's filters to sort by power (22 kW or 50 kW), connector type (Type 2, CHAdeMO, CCS), and availability of free charging stations. Once you've chosen a station, plan your route directly from the app using your smartphone's navigation features.
The YASNO E-mobility app offers a range of features to make your charging experience seamless:
- Favorites List: Quickly access your preferred charging stations by saving them to your favorites.
- Push Notifications: Stay informed with notifications about the start and completion of your charging sessions.
- Real-Time Monitoring: Keep track of your charging process, including speed, current volume, and session cost.
- One-Click Payments: Save your payment card for easy, one-click balance top-ups.
- Session History: Review detailed records of each charging session, including location, load schedule, time, and costs incurred.
- Personal Cards/Keychains: Add your own cards or keychains to start and stop charging directly from the app when near a YASNO station.
- Auto-Replenishment: Set up automatic top-ups when your account balance reaches a minimum threshold.
