To make the most of Eve Connect, ensure you meet the following requirements:
- Compatibility with Alfen’s Eve Single S-line and Eve Single Pro-line EV charging stations
- NG Firmware version 6.3 or higher is necessary
- Both the charging station and your mobile device need to be connected to the same LAN network via an ethernet cable from the router to the charging station
- A first-time login password is required for the charging station
- An Active Load Balancing (ALB) license is needed if you plan to use solar charging
