The app also facilitates online applications for mobile, internet, and data roaming services.

A notable feature is "TicketEasy," which allows users to monitor the status of tickets at CTM service centers. Additional functionalities encompass CTM Wi-Fi auto-configuration, phone and equipment maintenance status checks, detailed information on international direct dial (IDD), local numbers, and data roaming plans, along with CTM store locators.
